Title sequence for fictional movie “Solstice.”
This project was assigned in one of my motion studios in which we had to develop a movie plot and a corresponding title sequence. While brainstorming potential ideas I kept going back to a Soviet spy concept, obviously!
In terms of color, I went with a noir black and white with yellow as an accent. I avoided using a traditional communist red, instead choosing yellow to represent the consistent ambiguous tension of someone hiding in plain sight.
